Teresa Pagliaro

Associate

Teresa Pagliaro is an associate attorney with over 20 years of experience practicing criminal and family law in Stafford, Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, and the surrounding areas.

Originally from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Ms. Pagliaro earned her law degree from George Mason University School of Law, after earning her B.A. from Georgetown University.

Upon graduating from law school in 2002, Ms. Pagliaro served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gaylord L. Finch, Jr. of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. She then worked as an Assistant Public Defender before going into private practice.

Ms. Pagliaro is experienced in handling every type of criminal and family law matter in Virginia, including traffic, misdemeanor, felony, separation, divorce, equitable distribution, custody, visitation, and support cases. She has succeeded in having a criminal conviction overturned in the Virginia Court of Appeals.

Ms. Pagliaro has served the Fredericksburg area as a Guardian ad litem, and a court-appointed defense attorney. She is certified in collaborative divorce practice in Virginia.

Ms. Pagliaro is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served in the Marine Corps Band. She resides with her family in Fredericksburg.
